Self-awareness is the foundation of personal growth and meaningful interpersonal connections. The Awareness Accelerator workshop is designed to empower participants with the essential skills to understand their personality deeply, leverage natural strengths, and identify potential blindspots. This workshop marks the beginning of the Developing Personal Power series, consisting of three parts, and is designed to be taken independently or in conjunction with the other two workshops in the series.

The Resilience Roadmap
Develop your resilience and wellbeing toolkit to strengthen your capacity to adapt to change, thrive under pressure, and recover quickly from setbacks. The Resilience Roadmap workshop is designed to boost your mental health and support you in developing ways to shield yourself from burnout in an increasingly demanding work reality.
