Patrick Psaila
Psychologist and Training Consultant


Patrick is a registered psychologist and training consultant with over 22 years of experience working with organisations a training consultant, coach and psychologist.


Patrick works with various large and medium sized organisations involved in manufacturing, education, health, tourism, banking, and other services. His area of specialisation is in personal and professional development for managers and leaders in organisations, with a particular interest in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership.


He has designed and delivered customised training and development programmes for over 300 organisations. In 1998 he established WorkAssist as a professional service that offers workplace counselling, personal and professional development programmes, coaching, mentoring and HR consultancy. In 2015 he founded PsyPotential Ltd. specialising in work psychology and human factors in organisations.


Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Adult and Group Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia. He is a Licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, a certified MSCEIT and EQ-i 2.0 practitioner. He has also delivered lectures at the University of Malta, The Institute of Health Care, the Foundation for Human Resources Development and the Malta Institute of Management. He has delivered keynote addresses and run workshops on Emotional Intelligence and Resonant Leadership in various Conferences held in Malta, UK and Switzerland. Patrick is passionate about empowering and enabling people to reach their full potential and become the best version of themselves.

Sharon Mulligan
Executive Coach and Training Consultant


Sharon is a Strategic Advisor and Executive Coach with over 25 years of experience working at Senior Executive level within Financial Services, Telecoms, Media and Retail. Sharon utilises a personal style and pragmatic approach enabling clients in leadership development, improving corporate cultures through workable approaches to strategic, operational and corporate culture challenges.


Sharon is a member of the Institute of Directors, Institute of Leadership Management and Vistage Malta. Sharon has held key Director roles and consultancy positions for major change projects within Danske Bank, National Australia Group, PBS Denmark, Barclays Bank, Northern Bank and Clydesdale Bank. Key roles included reporting directly to the Divisional Chief Executive and Chief of Global HR on all aspects of Leadership, Strategic HR and coaching key individuals. In addition, Sharon has been COO (and Shareholder) for a Consultancy Services Company specialising in Payments Card Acquiring for over 10 years. Key responsibilities covered Corporate Governance and Finance across multiple jurisdictions.


Sharon holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Strategies & Leadership Development and is a member of the Academy for Chief Executives Malta and the Institute of Directors (UK).  She also holds an ILM accredited Post Graduate diploma in Coaching and Mentoring with the University of West Anglia. Sharon strongly believes that through coaching, mentoring and professional development opportunities, people are able to achieve deep transformational change.

Josianne Camilleri
Training and HR Practitioner


Josianne is an experienced Human Resources and Training practitioner within the Manufacturing and Financial Services sectors. With 10 years of experience with Trelleborg Sealing Solutions and Ernst & Young. She has designed and delivered HR Management and Communication Skills training programmes for new seniors and managers across various sectors, locally and internationally, mainly Turkey, Spain and Holland.


Josianne has also worked as a News Editor and led a team in running the local news portal Newsbook.com.mt. Previously she also produced a series of television news programmes for Net TV, including a special programme from Benghazi, Libya during the Revolution in 2011. She currently delivers training and coaching in various organisations in the areas of management, leadership, communication, conflict management, assertiveness, feedback, presentation skills and other intrapersonal and interpersonal skills that are essential for effective leadership. She also delivers team building sessions to PsyPotential’s wide client base.


Josianne holds a B. Psy. (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Malta and an M.Sc. in Training and Development from the University of Leicester. Josianne is dedicated to supporting people in their ongoing personal and professional development, enabling them to achieve their full potential through lifelong learning and education.

Claire Suzanne Borg
Psychometrician and Training Consultant


Claire is Psychometrician, coach and training consultant working within organisations for the past four years. Claire’s strong interest and educational background in work psychology has led her to work in a diverse number of sectors, namely through psychometric testing, work psychology consultancy, recruitment, career coaching and training and development. Claire does voluntary work with local teens and pre-teens in order to help them prepare for the world of work and challenges that they may face while taking this important step in their careers. Claire’s experience with long-term unemployed persons and persons from disadvantaged backgrounds has cultivated a special interest in empowering and enabling people.


Claire holds a B.Psy (Hons) degree from the University of Malta, and an MSc. Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Limerick, Ireland and is currently in the process of becoming a registered Occupational Psychologist. Claire has focused on research on productivity and communication in the workplace. She is licensed by the BPS (RQTU 398354) as a personality and ability test psychometrician. She is currently reading for a PhD in Occupational Psychology. Additionally, Claire is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor and uses yoga as a platform to inspire people to test their limits and believe in their ability to achieve anything that they set out to do.

Daniela Lanzon
Administration and Marketing Executive


Daniela’s experience spans many years with her career kicking off at Malta’s Broadcasting Station, Xandir Malta (now PBS). She then worked for over thirty years with Air Malta. Besides administrative responsibilities, her work mainly consisted of dealing with agency matters including liaising with International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Geneva & Montreal and other worldwide IATA offices, co-handling of the local coordination of IATA Distance Learning exams, Special Promotional Expenditures and handling of rebated travel for various entities.


As a strong believer in ongoing personal and professional development, Daniela successfully completed various courses including Management, Business & Industrial Administration, Marketing, European Union and Commerce & Finance. In her spare time, her interests are drama and wine appreciation. She is WSET Certified (Wine & Spirit Education Trust – UK).
