LEAD is our flagship leadership development programme. It is a comprehensive and holistic process that aims to provide participants with an opportunity for deep personal, professional and leadership growth. The programme combines a number of highly interactive, situation based, group coaching workshops with personality profiling and one to one individual performance or executive coaching sessions. This ensures that the development content is transferred and applied to the real and daily context of the participants.
It also includes a number of assessment and profiling instruments that enable participants to gain a high definition picture of their strengths as well as areas of development they need to work on. The group and individual sessions are based around three core leadership dimensions that are regarded as essential to effective leadership. These are Awareness of Self, Leading Teams and Navigating Organisations. These three core dimensions of Self, Team and Organisation are a running theme throughout this development programme.
While highly customisable to various levels of leadership, LEAD has a core framework and it is recommended that the minimum contact includes six training workshops; four one on one coaching sessions; and one personality profiling test at the beginning of the programme. LEAD guarantees a learning approach that is fun, extremely interesting and transformational. It provides an excellent opportunity for participants to become better leaders as well as grow and develop as individuals.
LEAD is offered at three distinct levels:
LEAD ENTRY – for new or recently appointed junior managers and supervisors who are transitioning to a leadership role.
LEAD DEVELOP – for middle managers with experience in management and leadership who are seeking to improve their leadership skills.
LEAD ONGOING – for experienced senior level leaders who want to consolidate and refine their leadership practice.
