Working with Emotional Intelligence

There is now a large body of research indicating that social and emotional abilities are fundamentally important for people to achieve high levels of success in both their personal and professional life. This programme addresses the intrapersonal as well as the interpersonal dimension of emotional intelligence often referred to as social intelligence. This means that the programme deals with four core abilities: Identifying; using; understanding; and managing emotions in oneself and others.
