A comprehensive professional development solution specifically for leaders.

LEAD consists of highly interactive theme-based workshops, personality profiling and individual coaching sessions. It also includes a number of assessment instruments that enable participants to gain a high-definition picture of their strengths as well as areas of development. The group and individual sessions are based around three core leadership dimensions that are essential to effective leadership. These are: Awareness of Self, Leading Teams, and Navigating Organisations.

How it works

While highly customisable to various levels of leadership, LEAD has a core framework and a minimum of one personality profiling test, six workshops, and four coaching sessions are recommended. The format may change according to the development needs of every group. LEAD guarantees a learning approach that is engaging, interesting, and transformational. It provides an excellent opportunity for participants to become better leaders as well as grow and develop as individuals.

Employees are often promoted to positions of leadership and management because of their optimal professional performance and commitment to their organisation. However, this does not automatically make them effective leaders and they often struggle to deal with the human factors involved in leading and managing people. At the same time, research shows that the key contributors to employee engagement and retention are related to the psychological environment that leaders create in their organisations.

LEAD is offered at three distinct levels:

LEAD for new leaders

LEAD for new leaders covers the basic and essential leadership skills for leaders who are new to their role. It helps new leaders gain confidence in their role and ensure good practice at an early stage of their leadership journey.

LEAD for experienced leaders

LEAD for experienced leaders is an advanced leadership competency programme that covers skills for leading at a more senior level. It focuses on the direct application of various leadership skills to the challenges that participants come across.

LEAD for seasoned leaders

LEAD for seasoned leaders takes a case study approach and addresses the various challenges that senior leaders face in their role. It provides a rare opportunity for leaders to revisit their leadership practices and fine-tune their competencies.
