The Resilience Roadmap workshop is designed to boost your mental health and support you in developing ways to shield yourself from burnout in an increasingly demanding work reality. This workshop is the second of the Developing Personal Power series, consisting of three parts, and may be taken independently as a stand-alone programme or in conjunction with the other two workshops in the series.
